Doris Derrick Doris Derrick (Depoe), 70, a resident of Lilli- waup, died Aug. 28, 2013. She was born Jan. 26, 1943, to Theodore and Gertrude Depoe (Walton) in Shelton. She married Raymond Derrick on March 19, 1980, in Olympia. He died in 2006. Doris worked for a plywood company and shellfish company. She later worked for Hillcrest Evergreens. She enjoyed picking blackberries, making pies, pretty punch, clam- rnjng at the beach with her children and grand- chil- dren, , and camp- ing. ’ During Christ- mas time, she would Derrick make wreaths. She moved to Lilli- waup alter her husband died. She enjoyed getting oysters and going for drives in the mountains.
