Manon A. Maokae Marion A MacRae, 72, a resident of Shelton since 1945, died Sunday, Sept. 26, 1993, in her home follow- ing a prolonged illness. She was born Aug. 21, 1921, in Jersey City, NJ. Mrs. MacRae sewed as an Army_ nurse during World War I! and re ceived an honorable discharge in 1946. In Shelton, she was employed as; a nurse for Dr. Collier until 1963. She was married to John A. Mac Rae. Mrs. MacRae enjoyed traveling, dinin out and shopping for her gran children. She was a member of St. Ed- Ward’s Catholic Church and was a past commander of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Surviving Mrs. MacRae besides her husband of Shelton, are two daughters, Linda S. Bastida, Salem, Ore, and Candace L. Ran- ney, Homer, Alaska; a brother, John Cerullo, Cresskill, N.J.; a sis- ter, Phyllis Cerullo, Cresskill, N.J.; also six grandchildren and one greatgrandchild A graveside service for Mrs. MacRae will begin at 10 a.m. toda , Sept. 29, in Shelton Memorial Par with the Rev.
