Stuart Nutt fog; Stuart Blake “Chub" Nutt of Shelton, long-time Simpson Tim- ber Company worker and local sportsman, died of cancer at Seatv tle Swedish Hospital on August 11. He was 68. Mrr Nutt was born May 30, 1924 in Sumner to Robert and Careta N utt. He worked 40 years for Simp- son and spentfouryears in the Us Navy during World War II. He )belonged to the Bayshore Golf Club, the Moose and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Mr Nutt played and coached baseball and fastpitch from 1947 to 1976 He was preceded in death by his father, his mother and his brother, Loren (Bill) Nutt.
