Dear Christina,
I'm sorry but your house does not qualify for a plague, even
though it is very beautiful and unique. It was built
sometime after 1926. As you can see on the enclosed 1926
Sanborn map, there is no house on your lot.
Our records only cover the period from 1874 through 1926. I
would estimate that your house was built between 1928 and
1935 based in the style of construction and the type of
siding.
Any transactions you may have found prior to 1926 were for
the land only, as no structure was ever there prior to that
time.
I hope this information is of interest to you - even though I
know you hoped your house was older.
