CNO encourages commanding
officers of shore facilities when off
duty or outside of nonnal working
hours. This includes clubs, mess
halls, exchanges and other areas
frequented outside duty hours.
30 Days Lene For All PCS.
Starting in November, every 01-
ficer except those ordered to and
from SSBNs with permanent
changeofstation (PCS) orders will
be granted 30 days leave. This
policy is also being reaffirmed for
all enlisted personnel.
