Our maps and tax records show that the above,structure was built in 1899
and the first owner of record was Mrs. C. D. Smith .
Other comments: Mrs. Smith was a banker and did not live in the house. It was
one of many rentals she owned. Nor did Flora live there. She
used it as a rental and lived on 18th· Street.
Structure is eligible for a plague and one will be made up for you at no
charge. You will be notified when plague is ready (8 - 10 weeks).
