Mr. Gauthier was born in Mon» treal, Quebec, Canada, on July 15, 1926 to Lucien and Rose (Metivier) Gauthier. He married Therese F. Boule on July 19, 1947 in Montreal. He moved from Montreal to California in 1957. In 1976, he moved to Shelton. He had lived in Shelbon for the last 20 years. He was an aerospace machinist for Loud’s Manufacturing in Po- mona, California, and at Certified Aerospace in Shelton. He was a member of Saint Edward’s Ca- tholic Church in Shelton. ML Gauthier is survived by his wife, Therese of Shelton; his daughter, Carole Payne of Fanta- na, California; his two sons, An- dre G. Gauthier of Lacey and Daniel Gauthier of Timberlakes near Shelton; his brother, Jack Gauthier of Newport News, Virgi- nia; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The memorial service on Fri- day will be officiated by Father Dominic Hahn. He will be in- urned at Shelton Cemetery.
